Former Guam senator Alfred San Nicolas Flores has passed away. Often referred to as Davy Crocket, Congresswoman Madeleine Bordallo says he we will always be remembered for his public service and a master lancheru of Guam. She added he was a close personal friend of her family and a leader of the Democratic Party of Guam. 
 
He was an avid farmer and was instrumental in inspiring her husband the late governor Ricky Bordallo's "green revolution" to grow local produce.
