Red Flag Warning in effect, refrain from outdoor burning

The National Weather Service Guam Weather Forecast Office advised very dry conditions and gusty winds will maintain a high fire threat for our area.
A Red Flag Warning remains in effect for Guam until 6pmFriday.
Officials say northeast winds of 15 to 25mph, with higher daytime gusts, and humidity down to 50 to 60 percent at times are expected.
The combination of strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures will create ideal conditions for rapid spread of wildfires.
Residents are asked to refrain from outdoor burning.
A Fire Weather Watch is in effect from Friday evening through Sunday afternoon for Guam.
Critical fire weather conditions will remain through Sunday.
