Nevaeh Anderson is the newest addition to the KUAM News Team, joining in November 2024.

Born and raised on Guam, she was always interested in the arts, travel, and culture. This led her to explore the world of video production and journalism throughout middle and high school.

Graduating from high school in 2020, she decided to continue her education at the University of Washington - Seattle. There, she followed her passions and majored in Comparative Literature: the study of cultural expression across geographic, national, linguistic, and disciplinary boundaries.

Upon graduating in June 2024, Nevaeh moved home to Guam with a goal of using the knowledge she had gained through her studies to give back to the island.

When she’s not out in the field, she enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, or relaxing with a good book.
